CMC will set up and tune procedures to ease the Project Management functionality, in particular Change Procedures. Internal Change Procedures will help your organization to manage changes in projects easily and in smooth cooperation of all sections involved. They shall include related forms to administer them and to potentially document any Lessons Learned. An external Change Procedure will help you trace changes with clients, partners, vendors and subcontractors and related forms will ease the process and upheld your legal position. IT tools for change management can be developed together with partners in the network, based on the experience from setting up such tools in the past.
Schedule Specifications may define the tools and levels of schedule, terms of updating and reporting and the legal relevance of reports. Further the ownership of float, methods of delay analyses, etc. shall be regulated. Other products are insurance claim procedures, Risk and Opportunity Management guidelines and procedures for administration of (standby) Letters of Credit (L/Cs).
