Owner started his career as process engineer for petrochemical plants for Uhde, amongst others for plants in China and Mexiko. Within Lurgi, Owner was responsible for sales and project development for Methanol plants. This activity involved a lot of detailed consideration of technical aspects of Methanol plants and the comparison with competitor’s technologies. Hence, Owner still has a deep understanding of process engineering of petrochemical plants and the ways of working therein.
