As Head of Contracts of Lurgi Öl-Gas-Chemie, Owner drafted contracts for a Methanol plant in Chile, a Biodiesel plant in Australia and many more. Recently, a contract analysis was performed by CMC for a Belgian chemical company evidencing appropriate ways forward. Owner held the position as head of Claim Management in Lurgi AG for a couple of years, negotiating and arbitrating numerous disputes. He was leading the team in a multimillion USD ICC Arbitration and was key witness of his party, gaining exiting experiences in administration and legal aspects of international arbitration involving document discovery and other properties of Anglo-Saxon legislation and process proceedings.
