CMC has recently worked for a new 9 km tram line in one of the German state capitals including Cold Eyes Review and check up of crucial work packages. Finally CMC upgraded the scheduling methods and provided regular Critical Path Analyses. Such analyses were the basis for assessing the situation on the schedule and determining required actions to commission the line punctually.
